The CREIGHTON MODEL Vaginal Discharge Recording System. Build each observation from a bleeding marker and/or a discharge code, add color and consistency descriptors, then note how often the most fertile sign was seen. Peak-type mucus is any discharge that is clear, stretchy, or lubricative; the Peak Day is the last such day in a cycle.

Stamps

Red — days of menstrual bleeding.
Green — dry days (infertile).
White (baby) — any mucus day; fertile.
Yellow (baby) — discharge treated as baseline infertile (breastfeeding / continuous discharge). Toggle Yellow-stamp mode on the chart.

Peak & count

PPeak Day — last day of clear, stretchy, or lubricative mucus.
1 2 3Days after Peak — still fertile (count through 3).
4Fourth day past Peak — first day of post-Peak infertility (end of day).
